Our academy is proudly led by Sensei Sri Thilina Rajapaksa, an internationally accomplished karate instructor and 5th Dan Black Belt recognized by the UAE Karate Federation and the Sri Lanka Karate Federation. With multiple Commonwealth Gold Medals, national championship titles, and over two decades of coaching experience, Sensei Sri Thilina has dedicated his career to inspiring the next generation of martial artists.

Asma Razmahang is the Managing Director of Batal AlFursan Performance Academy. With a vision to establish one of Dubai’s leading martial arts academies, she is committed to creating an environment where students develop confidence, discipline, leadership, and lifelong values through world-class karate education — teaching the authentic Japan Karate Do Hakua-kai style.
Working alongside our Chief Instructor, she oversees the academy’s strategic growth, operations, and commitment to excellence, ensuring every student and family receives the highest standard of service and support.
Sensei Sri Thilina Rajapaksa Founder, Head Instructor, and Technical Director
Our academy is proudly led by Sensei Sri Thilina Rajapaksa, an internationally accomplished karate instructor and 5th Dan Black Belt recognized by the UAE Karate Federation and the Sri Lanka Karate Federation.
With multiple Commonwealth Gold Medals and national championship titles to his name, Sensei Sri Thilina has over two decades of coaching experience and a distinguished competitive career. He has dedicated his life to inspiring the next generation of martial artists.

Batal Al Fursan Performance Academy is proud to be officially affiliated with Japan Karate Do Hakua-Kai, a respected Japanese karate organization rooted in traditional martial arts excellence.
Our founder and head instructor, Mr. R.W.M. Sri Thilina Anuradha Bandara Rajapaksa, has been appointed as the President and Chief Instructor (Head Instructor) for all of the UAE under the Japan Karate Do Hakua-Kai — Branch No 0007.
Batal Al Fursan Performance Academy serves as the headquarters for Japan Karate Do Hakua-kai karate activities in the UAE, offering authentic Japanese karate training under direct supervision of the international organization.
